Terms of service

These terms cover your use of serp.page and your orders. The service is run by SERP (TSMC LLC, 1095 Sugarview Drive STE 500, Sheridan, WY 82801). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you get

You make a face sticker, claim a username, and pay for a pack of printed stickers. Each sticker has a QR code on the back that opens your public page at your username. The page is free. You pay only for the stickers.

Your art

• You must own your photo or art, or have the right to use it, and the right to print it.
• You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it, show it on your public page, and have it printed for your order.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that shows someone without their consent. We may refuse an order, remove a page, or refund you if you do.

Usernames and pages

A username is yours while your order stands, and your page stays live for as long as we run the service. We may take a username back if it impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or breaks these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Stripe takes the payment. Your stickers are printed for you after you pay and shipped to the address you give.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and Japan. Your stickers are usually made within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed with our print partner, and shipping takes 1 to 3 days more. Delivery times are estimates.

Stickers are custom made. See the refund policy.

Our limits

We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, and any dispute goes to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
