Privacy policy

serp.page is run by SERP (TSMC LLC, 1095 Sugarview Drive STE 500, Sheridan, WY 82801). This page says what we collect when you make a sticker and order, and why.

What we collect

• Your photo or art: the file you upload, the sticker we cut from it, and the print files made from it.
• The username you claim, which becomes your public page address.
• Your order: the pack, material and finish you chose, its price and its status.
• Your name, email and shipping address, taken by our payment processor at checkout and passed to us so we can ship the order.

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

When something on the site breaks, we send an error report to Sentry. We use it only to fix bugs, and it carries no account details. Sentry keeps each report for up to 90 days, then it is gone. Email us and we will delete one sooner.

Who sees it

• Stripe processes your payment and collects your shipping address. Your card number goes to Stripe and never reaches us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Our print partner prints your stickers and ships them to you. We give it your sticker files and your shipping address, and nothing else about you.
• Our hosting provider stores the files and order records on our behalf.
• Sentry receives the error reports described above, and nothing else. See Sentry's privacy policy.
• Anyone can see your public page at your username, and the sticker on it. Do not upload a photo you do not want to be public.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We delete your uploaded photo and the print files 90 days after your order ships, or 90 days after we cancel it. We keep the sticker cut from your photo, and its proofs, while your public page is live, because the page shows it, and delete them 90 days after the page is removed, or when you ask. We keep order records for as long as the law requires, for tax and bookkeeping. Your public page stays live for as long as we run the service.

Your choices

Email support@serp.page to see, correct or delete your data. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as order records. If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you may also ask us to restrict how we use your data. We reply within 2 business days.
